Puppies are not released before 60 days of age, but we often prefer to wait 75–90 days to ensure complete weaning, early socialisation and maximum serenity for the puppy and its new family.

Yes. Each puppy is examined by our veterinarian before delivery and comes with a health certificate. We also offer 24/7 veterinary support in the first months and remain at your disposal for any questions throughout the dog's life.

AMICUS is the official Swiss database managed by Identitas AG. At the time of handover, the puppy is already microchipped and we take care of the initial registration. We will provide you with the credentials and instructions to transfer ownership once you are home.

Yes, we directly handle the TRACES documentation required for the legal entry of the puppy into Switzerland. You don't have to worry about bureaucracy: we take care of everything for a stress-free handover.

After the introductory video call and choice of puppy, a confirmation deposit is required. From that moment we block the puppy for you, start all veterinary and documentary procedures and plan the ideal delivery date together.

Yes, we accept payments in both Euro (EUR) and Swiss Francs (CHF). We will provide you with all bank details and receipts in a clear and transparent manner.

Yes, each puppy receives a professional first grooming before handover. In addition, in the welcome kit you will find personalised tips to keep the coat healthy and manage home grooming in the first months.

We provide a socialisation kit and a practical guide for the first 30 days at home. Our lifetime WhatsApp support includes tips on basic commands, nutrition, socialisation and any behavioural questions about your puppy.

Grooming costs vary depending on the city, the size of the dog and the type of cut requested. In Switzerland prices are generally higher than in Italy. We are happy to recommend trusted groomers in your area: write to us on WhatsApp to receive our contacts.
