    VIP Home Delivery — Your puppy delivered to you

    Price: CHF 150 (customs clearance) + Swiss VAT 8.1%

    We personally accompany your puppy from our centre to your doorstep, anywhere in Switzerland. A safe, calm journey entirely dedicated to the wellbeing of your new family member.

    Why CHF 150 + 8.1% VAT?

    For delivery to Switzerland, we work with a specialised customs agency. It charges CHF 150 for the professional handling of customs clearance, plus the statutory Swiss VAT of 8.1% on the total amount. These costs are independent of us and are set directly by the customs agency.

    A thought: for this amount you could also treat yourself to a lovely weekend here in Como, visit our centre and meet your puppy in person before travelling home together. Many of our families tell us afterwards that that very moment was unforgettable. If travelling is not possible for you, we will be happy to personally take care of a safe delivery straight to your door.

    Taxi Dog Service — Your puppy delivered to your door

    Price: From CHF 300 (customs included) + Swiss VAT 8.1%

    We personally accompany your puppy from our centre to your doorstep, anywhere in Switzerland. A safe, calm journey entirely dedicated to the wellbeing of your new family member.

    • Personal accompaniment from our centre to your door
    • CH/IT customs clearance entirely at our expense
    • Climate-controlled vehicle and dedicated breaks for the puppy
    • Delivery by appointment anywhere in Switzerland

    All customs clearance procedures are entirely covered by us as a gift to you.

    The only additional cost for the client is the Swiss import VAT of 8.1%.

    Puppy Hotel (Boarding)

    Price: CHF 30 per day

    If the puppy is not picked up within 8 days of booking, the boarding service automatically activates so they continue to receive the familiar care and socialisation.

    Daily Update Service

    Price: CHF 300 (one-off)

    Receive daily photos and videos of your puppy during the waiting period, with a dedicated consultant guiding you every step of the way.
