We follow you everywhere: from the puppy's birth in our Como boutique to its field training at our canine centre in Turin.
DeliveryHow does selection and delivery work?
You watch the video of the available puppy, contact us, and we arrange a live video call. During the call we read the puppy's microchip together, so you know exactly which one is yours from the very first moment. After the deposit we confirm the booking with the exact chip number, which you verify in person at pickup.
SafetyCan I see the microchip before paying?
Yes — it is part of our standard process. Verification happens live during the video call, before any deposit, so there are no surprises at pickup.
DeliveryDo I have to come to Como or can you bring the puppy home?
Both options are available: collect the puppy in person at our canine centre in Como, or have it delivered directly to your home with our Taxi Dog service, driven by our veterinarians.
SafetyWhat if the puppy has a health issue after delivery?
We have accredited veterinarians in both Italy and Switzerland. Our canine centre is a real, physical location — you always know where to find us.

Because you can visit it before deciding and know exactly who to turn to if you need help.
SafetyIs the puppy I receive really the one I chose?
Yes — the microchip number read together on the video call is the same one you verify in person at pickup or delivery.
LegalityHow do you guarantee everything is legal?
Every delivery follows these documented steps: proper invoice, customs stop with declaration to the authorities, duties paid by us and Swiss VAT paid by you at customs (8.1%), AMICUS registration in your name, European pet passport and a verified, documented microchip.
LegalityHow does the handover physically take place?
Transport is handled by an authorised customs clearance agency, with TRACES certification for international animal transport, an approved transport vehicle, and a delivery note signed at handover. The invoice shows the Swiss VAT already paid.
SafetyWhat should I consider a red flag?
Handover in a car park, service area or public park instead of a recognisable location; no transport document or delivery note; no invoice, or an invoice without Swiss VAT stated; no way to verify the microchip before payment; no physical location you can visit. A legitimate delivery always leaves a complete paper trail.
